ANCOO RDW series CCD wheat color sorter adopts advanced CCD with specific algorithm of wheat sorting to achieve high accuracy.

Features

1.Global advanced optical system — some foreign matters such as macular, diseased, the mildew, stone, breeze, rat shit and buckwheat can be recognized effectively in wheat.

2.2048 pixel CCD sensor and camera — recognition and identification can be improved obviously.

3.Leading FPGA processing technology — this technology can improve the speed of processing and effectiveness of mass data in a short time, and it also perfects the sorting capacity.

4.New-model touch screen — this screen is adopted for future software updating with a high speed and easy operation,the new screen is matched with one-key auto-correction function and feeding remote-control function.

5.Advanced special ejector — sorting accuracy can be improved, carryover ratio can be reduced. Meanwhile, the air consumption has been reduced for more than 20%.
Automatic self-check function — the ejector, pressure, camera, control board and back-ground plate all have self-check function, it supplies a convenient checking method for customer.
