R Series Rice Color Sorter

Description

1.Super high definition 2048 CCD sensor and LED light source – the sensor and source are equipped in ANCOO R series rice color sorting for detecting the scab and light yellow effectively for reducing use-cost and ensuring the long-term running stability.
2.Automatic background adjustment function, open frame and special discharging system – this system are easy installation, operation and maintenance.
3.Vibrator sensing hopper sensors and strong extended function – such as one-button AI and remote feeding control etc, which is used in this machine for flexible operation. Reserved interface is supplied for usage of latest sorting technology across software upgrading.
4.Abundant self-detection function—this is for detecting the fault of ejectors, air pressure, blowers, lens, processing board, control board and background plate automatically.
5.New special ejector assembly – it can reduce carryover ratio effectively with working life over 8 billion blow times.
6.Imported customized MEYER-50 lens – minimum resolution 150 line pairs, it is satisfied the need of detailed images, sufficiently fulfill subtle image demand, world top level in detecting scab & light yellow and also in rejecting yellow while reserving milky.
