SHAPE AND SIZE RECOGNITION
Virtually any shape and size of undesired product can
be recognized and sorted, using the parameters of area,
perimeter, roundness, straightness and length.
REVOLUTIONARY COLOR REFERENCE SYSTEM
Using an electronic LED background (instead of old fashioned
painted mechanical backgrounds), the Color Sorter
can create more than 16 million colors for fast and easy
calibration according to good product criteria.
THROUGHPUT AND VERSATILITY BEYOND
INDUSTRY STANDARDS
Throughput efficiency is a combination of ejector speed,
vibratory feed and lightning quick digital processing. The Color Sorters are available with one to five trays to accommodate
any required throughput, and tight ejector spacing
minimizes loss of good product. Plus, each tray operates
independently, so resorts are equally efficient.
FULL COLOR SORTING WITH IMAGE CAPTURE
For the greatest accuracy in the industry, the Color Sorters have
high-speed RGB cameras scanning at a rate of 24,000 lines
per second. The cameras are on the front and the back
of each tray for dual sided viewing of product. The image
capture feature allows the operator to view the product
exactly as the sorter sees the product. This means the
optimal sort parameters can be quickly found, for extremely
rapid set up, especially with new products.
TRUE INFRARED VISION
This optional feature uses Indium Gallium Arsenide (InGaAs)
cameras to sort out defects that might be the same color as
the good product. Along with the standard CCD cameras,
this feature allows simultaneous sorting in the infrared and
visible spectrums.
REMOTE MONITORING AND DIAGNOSTICS
This option allows users to set up, control and calibrate
the Color Sorters from anywhere in the world through a wired
or wireless network, smartphone or tablet. Every function
of the control panel is immediately available to the end user.
Plus, Delta engineers can remotely interface directly with
the Color Sorter to help with diagnostics, set up and calibration.
