Working Principal
The internal parts of the tire are different by density and thickness, when the X-ray pass through the tire, the X-Ray absorption of each component is different as well. Thus the quantity radiant energy that cab be received by the sensor is also different. After the machine analysis all the data, it can form the tire X-ray digital image with different gray level, from which it detect all kinds of defects inside of the tire, such as bubble, impurities, thread breakages and etc.

2. High precision optical path size detection system, with servo movement mechanism, PLC program control imaging board, rays generator and each tire in the right position, which can guarantee the whole tire unfold evenly on image board and achieve optimal imaging effect.
3. The unique automatic identification system can automatically recognize all kinds of internal tire defects. No additional hardware facilities, and shall not affect the normal detection speed and displayed image, and easy operation. The machine realizes the automatic identification process and artificial detection of flow synchronously, reduce missing rate of artificial detection and improve the reliability of products.

Application Field
TBR (all steel) tire detection system, PCR (semi steel) tire detection system are used to detect all the inside defects (fault, bubble, wire breakage, cord thread misdistribution, tear and foreign body) of all steel and semi steel separately. Accordingly they can eliminate hidden dangers and ensure the quality of the products.
Imaging system reform service is a renovation project specialized in dealing the ageing phenomenon of the imaging system (electrical board and sensor). And the service can solve all the problem arise by the X-Ray image, such as gloomy, blacken and detection dead zone.
